We take pride in our artwork and our customer satisfatction.  Comfort and satisfaction is our number one goal when it comes to helping our customers.  At Cambridge we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee when you purchase an item from Cambridge Art & Framing to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase (any custom framing for the piece is not eligible for the refund).

 

Cambridge proudly guarantees the quality and authenticity of every work in our collection. The benefit is available for the first 40 days of ownership.

 

We Allow every customer 40 days from the date of purchase to have the item authenticated by a recognized expert in the field. Cambridge prior to purchasing artwork takes all the necessary precautions when it comes to the authenticity of our artwork. If in an unfortunate scenario they provide you with a written determination that the item is not authentic we will reimburse you 100% of the purchase of the artwork. We do not take pride in a customer being mislead and will take all the necessary steps to guarantee your satisfaction with our gallery (any custom framing for the piece is not eligible for the refund).  

For the comfort of all our clients, we even have escrow services available should you wish to use an escrow agent.

You are guaranteed to receive value equal to no less than the purchase price of the original item and, depending on market conditions, we may offer an additional credit over what you paid for the investment-grade art piece!

If you are concerned that the next generation will not have the same taste as you do then we are pleased to tell you that the Exchange Guarantee is transferable to the next generation! They will have the balance of the 40 years to decide if they would like to take advantage of the Exchange Guarantee.
